Hi all. I am a new member:big_smile:
I currently weigh 82 kg, I'm 5'4. I eat sensibly and exercise reguylarly. However I dont appear to be shrinking. I can tell, cause my clothes are getting tighter around the waist. Can anyone help me review what I am doing to see where I am going wrong?
I have also had a thyroid test and that is clear. Thinking of getting a insulin resistane test done next week.
But in the mean time, any help woul be greatly appreciated.

What is your schedule like? How often do you eat daily and what do you eat? And what is your exercise routine for a week like? People will be able to give you more specific advice if you provide more information. :)

I eat about 6 times a day, small portions. calorie wise I eat about 1700 to 1900 per day.
Exercise I do a very odd circuit (home made community gym) which has weights and cardio. I exercise 5 times a week doing circuit twice, weights 3, cycling 3. Exercise session lasts about 1 hour.
Most of my weight sits under the bust area and thighs.

Do you drink enough water? and how do you feel -tired? exhausted? you sleep well? got enough energy?

And what do you eat?
I eat about 1700 calories right now, look at my post 'someone to watch over me', it lays out what I am eating, and may help you fix your meals a little. Sometimes it isn't how much or when, but what we are eating.
