Hello to all. I am andrea and i am new here, i started the 12 week ab work out on Monday, and im already feeling it. I am also taking trim spa to help with cravings and to help with little boosts of energy. The only thing i was wondering about is how do i not eat soooo much sweet stuff. I know for about two years now i have been on and off dieting because i keep going back the the crap that my body doesn't need but i drastically crave! So, does anyone have any tips or pointers on what i can replace sweet stuff with or just some tips on how to overcome this? Cause i would hope to delete them out of my life for good. :dumbbell::love:

Look into the South Beach Diet. It helps take cravings away in the first two wks. Even if you dont do the diet...do some reading on it. Good Luck
