Hey everyone,
I'm 20 yrs old and have been working out rigorously since I was 15. Now I am in my 2nd yr of college, away from high school sports and I'm getting bored with the gym. It probably doesnt help that I work at my school's gym, and between work and working out am in here about 20-25 hours a week. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for making my workouts less monotonous. I don't have a lifting partner, which doesn't help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
