I've completed a few intermediate freetrainers programmes (toning and weight loss), and though I'm not having any problems completing the workouts, I've stopped seeing results - if anything I'm going backwards! I'm wondering if I should move onto the advanced programme - any advice?

Are you increasing your weight? It is always good to change up your workouts in answer to your question.

Since you have been training for a few years, you can always try the advanced prgrm. Don't forget, like Charlie said, move up the weights. Also look at what your eating.

OK thanks. I'll try the advanced programme and shift up my weights. Thanks for your help!

This year I found that 4 weeks of circuit training 3 days a week really woke up my progress in between my 8-12 week heavy training. Sometimes something as simple as changing the order of your workout or adding another 4-6 rep set will be enough to push you through a plateau. These guys are right though change is the answer.
