Anyone have any suggestions on what type of creatine and protein i should use??? and when i should take the protein?? thanks alot

Prolab creatine, make sure it says its 100% pure creapure creatine. And the most popular protein out there seems to be Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey protein. take the protein post workout to end the catabolic effect.
