Some would say yes and some would say no. Most will tell you that you need to only work a group once per week. More than once a week and you run the risk over over training. You need the rest to let the muscles grow. Train hard - Mike

you can switch it up too. do it twice a week for a month or two then try once a week and see which works better... i have done both. i like hitting one body part per day during the week if i am trying to gain mass but if i am trying to cut up i do twice... and like to do chest with back. but it depends on your body.

depends on what you want to accomplish, i wanted to gain mass in my chest and had very significant gains in 6 weeks working my chest one-two times per week with at least 4 days rest between chest workouts. I was also on NO2 which I have found to be awesome, it cuts the healing process of your muscles in half and uploads nutrients/protiens to the muscle on the spot. My chest work out consisted of 12 exercises. fly, bench, incline, dumbell incline, dumbell press, cable fly, decline, decline dumbell, etc. 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps. I just changed up my work out for the next 6 weeks to focus more on strength so i'll go more weight 4 sets 5-8 reps.
