I take creatine and finished th eloading phase a while ago.. i want to know if i should take it atleast once on my off day or continue as either b4 and after workouts or morning and post workout?

Take your creatine daily, both pre, and post workout. Don't change anything on your days off.:big_smile:

hey......the guy at GNC said you really do not have to load creatine.he said do 5g pre-work and 3g post-work. im fixing to start....... what is the best doseage?

jwagoner, i would go with 5g pre and 3 or 5g post. i heard that works well. my personal experiance was with 5g pre and thats it and i had a good amount of success with it.
