so i have been doing the home program and have noticed that my charts are level...i understand that this means that i have platued(sp...anyhow i have added more reps to each set and it still seems to be level..i cannot do anything other than the home program and i do not have any equipment here other than my 10lbs dumbbells...does anyone know if there is anything else that i can do to shake it up so to speak for faster results...i am assuming that the reason it is like this is because i weight trained very heavily prior to having my baby.

The charts stay level if you don't add weight to an exercise. If you don't have weights, don't worry about it. Use the most reliable tools to check your progress....a tape measure, how strong you are and how you feel. Welcome to FT.
