Here's what I've been taking

Multivitamen
Green Tea
Fish Oil(x2)
Daily Fibercon

My question is...How do I properly take them. Is it ok to take all at once or should I space them Out? I've been trying to space them out but I seem to forget as the day goes on.
Im just trying to lose some weight and become healthier, not get cut or anything. Is there something else I should be taking, or is this enough? Will it effect me if I just pop them all at breakfast?

Not sure about the green tea and fish oil, but I would take the fibercon and multivitamins at different times of the day. I have read that fiber pushes the vitamins through your system and don't allow them to absorb properly.

Green tea is great for metabolism and the fish oils give you tons of essential fatty acids that are necessary for daily cell function.
