I HAVE BEEN LIFTING FOR A WHILE NOW AND MY MUSCLE GAINS ARE HUGE. I GO TO FAILURE EVERY WORKOUT. I JUST STARTED CARDIO REALLY INTENSE, 45 MIN-5 DAYS A WEEK-600 CALS A SESSION. HOW LONG BEFORE THE FAT STARTS COMING OFF?::dumbbell:

If you overdo your cardio you will lose your huge muscle gains.
