Ok, here's the deal. I want to burn some fat for the summer to see my abs, then I wanna bulk up some. (Ive heard doing the two simultaneously is near impossible.) My body fat is between 12-15 percent. What should I do? Buy Trim Spa and use that for a few weeks? I don't think I have much fat to lose, but Its its been very difficult to lose this final percent, and i wanna lose it as fast as possible.

What do you eat now? How many calories, how much protein, what do you wiegh, how much do you work out, how much cardio do you do?

I eat healthy. Not sure the amount of calories or protein. I weigh 190. I do HIIT 3-4X a week and weights 3X a week.
Sample meal of my diet:
oatmeal w/ a banana or frozen peaches and soetimes a grapefruit for breakfast.
Large can of tuna on 2 peices of low carb wheat bread and tomato based soup for lunch.
2-4 chicken breasts for dinner w/ frozen vegetables.
2 Green apples and some natural peanut butter for desert.

As a beginning- I would say to just cut back on what you currently eat rather than 'change' your diet. As I believe the changeing back to what you eat before a diet usually puts back what you lost. So like remove 2 chicken breasts from your day- monitor it over 2 weeks and was it enough to make a difference in body weight by a pound or two? If a little cut back doesn't work - I supposse an all out change is worth considering.. The nutrition info in here I find so valuable too

Considering froshman's size, I don't think he needs to cut back on what he's eating. From the looks of it, his meals are a little bit unbalanced, increasing portions as the day progresses.
My suggestion would be to add some protein at breakfast and also eat something between meals to speed up metabolism. :)
