I was involved in a cooking show at the station I work at and ended up with a bunch of dried barley (it followed me home when I left work) and I'm not sure what to do with it. Why don't I use it in some of the recipies from the cooking show, you may ask....well, it was never used in the cooking show! I don't want to throw it away and tried giving it up for adoption, but no one wanted it. So, now, what do I do with it? It's not very social and doesn't seem to get along well with the other foods in my house. It's not very cooperative and doesn't like to get out of it's cabinet much. What do I do with it? Anyone have any good barley reciepes that it can make itself useful with? I'd like to use it up quickly, as I think it's beginning to multiply in the dark!

In Korea, people roast barley and make tea out of them. :)
