need to lose 80 pounds by may 2005. is this possible and what kind of training would i need.for vacation in cancun

Wow.... what a goal. Hope you succeed. Follow a training program from here at freetrainers Like "Fat loss & toning", eat a healthy diet,(check out the nutrition tracker on here). You would want to do some cardio also. Start off slow, and yes, you can do it! Are you male or female? Please fill out your profile and welcome to the site.

Alot of us have been where you are at and you can achieve your goals, Keep a diary daily and it will help you to stay on track, I carried my undesirable picture with me for a year till I made it. Pasted it in my diary to remind me also put one on the fridge.

Generally 1-3 lbs. per week if you are following your nutrition and workout plan good. 3 lbs. being on the very extreme side but CAN be done. :)
