Hi everybody i am 15 years old and weigh about 135 pounds. I would like to get like Vin Diesel.
Anybody got any tips for me to get this physique.
Any answers would be great.

years and years of hard work :)
Start of by filling profile and then following a program here at FT. If you train right, eat right and get the sleep the poundage should come on. Your 15 and Im not sure if its safe to be lifting heavy for mass at your age though, your still growing so it could be problem, Im not sure. I did have freinds when I was your age with a vin physique at 15, though that could be genetics.

Hellscream...I hear your concern and you do have a good point about the age thing. He would need to build a good base before he began to lift heavy anyway. That could take a couple of years. I began lifting at 15 with light weights and immediately moved to heavy weights. Thats just me though. I guess you have to figure out what your body can take before putting it through hell and back. Its all about the gentics and how you use them.

dude have you seen what he looked like when he was 15? he looked like a bean pole. he had an afro too and break danced, pretty good at it too.

It's a good point to reach, but remember, be happy with what your body achieves because everyone is different. You've gotta be happy with what your doing to get where you want to go. I'm routin for ya and would like to see the after picks when you get there. Good Luck to you:big_smile:.
