You're better off taking a creatine along with higher doses of dextrose and maltodextrine(bought separately fr4om the creatine). Meta-cell only has 5 grams of dextrose and inisotol which has NOT been proven to transfer creatine. They push their product really well to the point where you'll believe anything they say. Creatine is always good as long as it is taken with the dextrose and malto. Otherwise its a crap-shoot.
