hey guyz, new member here!!! who wants to do some training..
i am not trying to loose wait or anything, but i just want to tone myself.
suggestions? i'm 125 pounds, 16, with body fat of 30. i heard 30 is average, but i think i can do better...
any suggestins??:)

Try one of the programs here at FT - they aren't bad to start with - and I guarantee if you follow them, challenge yourself (by increasing the weight, and/or reps when you can) and eat well, you will become toned. And your bodyfat will change to muscle! Yay!:big_smile:
