Hi Guys and Gals!

I'm very new to this and have a simple question please!

I've set myself up with an 8 week program but do I do one set of each excerise and then move on down the list IE 15 Push Ups, 15 side lats etc or do I do 15/15/12/10 push ups, 15/15/12/10 side lats and so on?

I know this might be a bit of a dumb question but never mind, LOL.

Also what do people recommend as the best cardio for burning fat? I have another 56lbs to loose and I'd like to do this by the end of the year.

Thanks for any help :)

You do all your push ups then you move to your next excersise and complete all sets of thoose then move onto the next. For fat burning i have had good luck with anything that gets my heart rate up for 20 minutes strait. Good luck - Mike

When I was just starting out (about a month ago) I had to move to the next exercise after each set because my muscles got too tired. Getting through one set of each and then starting over. I've kept at it and now I can get through the whole thing like I'm supposed to, but it took a few weeks. I think when you are just starting out the main thing is that you are doing it and that you keep doing it, getting a little closer to your goal each time.

enjoy it and embrace a new life changeing lifestyle...
Cardio is sooooo boring- I suggest interval training for 20 mins on the elliptical or bikes 3 times a week. Warm up for five mins, 3 mins@ 70% bpm, 2 mins 75% then 30 secs at 85% beats per minute, down to 65% and repeat the hard bit 2 more times and cool down- make your heart PUMP untill you get that smiley face thing caused by adrenaline and other stimulated hormones. Most people who haven't done intervals will say all cardio is boring! It is... but intervals is best in the happiness stakes and the reward is that stupid grin because it felt good.
