:dumbbell:... its amazing how many sites there are on the net that are just forums for steroid info. glad this is not one of them. if anyone is interested in great free advice, please reply and ask. i am certified through NASM and have been training for some time now...although i am just 27 years old, my stats are pretty impressive. i began as a powerlifter, then transformed into a bodybuilder physique. i am now 6ft 1 in and weigh 196 lbs at 9% bodyfat. symetry is important to me versus mass right now; however, everyone thinks i weigh at least 220. my muscles jump out nicely being this lean. i plan on competing next yr in some local events...wish me luck. i will send pics to those who ask....KEN
