just to give anyone an idea of a good combo of supplements and use in case you are tossing back and forth like i was about a month ago. i finally solidified my supplements and their use to this:
Multivitamin - by Solgar - in the morning
GNC Egg and Whey protein - 2 scoops - post workout
L-Glutamine - 10g - post workout (in the egg and whey shake)
ZMA - zinc 30mg and magnesium 400mg - 60 to 30min before bed
that simple combonation has produced such great results for me in the past month. i try to get the rest of the protein and nutrients in what i eat.
just thought i would share that incase anyone was wondering of a decent formula of supplements and wasn't sure of what to use...also i would be really interested to see what you guys use too, when and how much.:)

my god that is a lot of protein... that works for you though huh? I guess you are a big guy... by the way when you say you have seen such great results (for both above) what does this mean, you feel better, look better, more cut, more strength when working out, .... let me know...
thanks
ps. no creatine?

well i lift for strength, i'm not much of a body builder. so my strength (1RMax and the such) for bench, squat, deadlift and everything have been increasing significantly ever since i settled on that one formula. i don't currently use creatine, but this summer i will begin using it again as i have in the past. i just don't have access to juice or any dextrose or the such in my room at school so it wouldn't be worth it in my eyes.

what do you mean you don't have room for juice or dextrose? can't you take it at home? not sure what that means... but your formula looks good, how do you feel that ZMA and glutamine help you? faster recovery? more strength?

in my college dormroom, those little refrigerators are not very good at holding big cartons of juice. so i dont have any jucie in my room.
as far as the ZMA and glutamine, glutamine is just a great nutrient to take for recovery. i recover fairly quickly from my workouts and the ZMA just aids that even more. i have even been having deeper sleeps than ever. and i have felt the difference in strength (for the better) ever since i started it.
