No, but don't go longer. It is very easy to take creatine with you. On off days, you are best taking it first thing in the morning.

On workout days, I've been taking it with fat free milk in the morning pre-workout, and after a dex/malto protein shake post workout.. on days off, should I just take it in the morning? Is there a problem taking it with milk (I'm guessing the sugar will help "inject" it into the muscle), or is this a waste of carbs and calories?

suger will help it "inject" however the casin protein will slow it down, I like to take mine with gator aide or somthing of the sort. And you don't have to load it, studies show a maintance level of 5 to 7 grames a day is good enough and is absorbed. Anything more and your just pissing it away, litterally.
