The dieting is really starting to show. My striations are coming through nicely and my abs are coming through nice. My area of concern continues to be fatty deposits in my lower back area, but I know that those are always the last to go away.

Today
9am---Carnitine, Protein(40g) and whole wheat toast
1030am- Glutamine, chicken(10oz), broccoli(1 cup)
12p---- Workout,
130p--- Post workout shake(70g with 50g maltodextrine), glutamine
330---- MASS bar(35g protein, 40g carbs and tastes damn good too)
530p--- Chicken (10oz) with sweet potato, glutamine
730p--- Soft chicken taco(2)
10p---- Lean pocket
12a---- flax seed oil with carnitine and ZMA

You too... you eat at 10:00 PM.. oh my god, I barely have enough energy to get in bed by 9:00 PM..

Sorry, just got from Jamaica today. I was able to workout everyday at the gym in the resort, but eating right was very hard...okay I admit, I was just lazy. I'm back now though. I gained a few pounds, but I look at it as a "refueling":laugh:. Back to eating healthy.
