Our body gets used to stuff if we keep throwing the same thing at it...
my question is.. should you take a break from glutamine ?
I have been taking bb1's advice and been using it quite a bit and it has been awesome... buuut is there going to be a time where my body will become immune to all this extra glutamine i am taking ???

No need to take a break from glutamine.

ditto^^^^Glutamine is not a "drug", therefore your body cannot get used to it. You are supplying a conditionally essential amino acid. Glutamine is used on a daily basis by the body. You are simply replenishing supplies. It goes a long ways towards boosting the immune system also. If not enough is there, you know the consequences. 70-80% of immune tissues in the body are located in the gastrointestinal tract. Therefore, it is imperative that you maintain health in this area. This in itself is a good reason to keep glutamine supplementation up. You won't die of course, but your progress may suffer.

What's the cheapest way to get Glutamine? Is it ever sold from non "fitness stores". Is there a cheap way to get it on the net?

the net always has things for cheaper than actual retail stores. i have also never seen glutamine in any other than a fitness, possibly a nutrition, store. i have never seen it in a Walmart type of store if that is what you are wondering about.

I have seen Weider brand and Twinlab in super walmarts..the one by me has them, but I wouldn't get either. They are both capsules, and not of the very best quality in my opinion. I use glutamine that states on the jug, pharmaceutical grade. Go here for a good one....http://www.dpsnutrition.net/product_information.asp?number=BV026&back=yes&dept=1425&last=1425
