Would you recommend me eating 5 or 6 small meals of equal proportion? OR 3 larger meals with smaller snacks in between? What would be the difference in the way your body reacts? Is one better than the other?
I believe the general consesus is five or six small meals per day... it helps to keep your body from spiking (I think the spike is the insulin)... I've also found I don't seem to gorge myself as much if I eat smaller meals more often...

The 6 smaller is better. Think of your body and meatabolism like a fire. If you build a fire with just a big log you get a tiny little flame for a while then it burns out. Now if if you build a fire starting with little bits of kindling and throw them on over time you will have a good strong long burning fire. Hope that helps - Mike
