Im on Cell-Tech And don't want the 75g of sugar per dose. I just bought some pure creatine and was wondering what is the best juice or whatever to mix it with. Is 5g pre-work out and 5g post workout ......ok?

water or grape juice is the best.

I understand that creatine doesn't absorb so readily with protein foods and/or protein based drinks- so oats and milk are out(although I do do it- I'm sure it's wrong) and I personally am sceptical of putting it in hot tea/coffee- I worry about heat destroying the creatine, for no reason except a maybe!

definetly water or juice.

Try using dextrose, you can find it on the internet or try your local bulk food store.
