hi everyone, i've recently started thinking about working out. and well i need ot know something. what are sets of each exercise. how do you complete a set? do the selected excersise then wait a few min. and do another?

A set is a group of repititions of the same exercise.
IE: 3 sets of 12....you would do 12 repetitions (reps) rest for 30-60 secs, then do the next set of 12, rest, and do the 3rd set. Then move on to the next exercise.
