I have noticed my strength went up, too especially on my squats
now I gotta work on my deadlifts

I just want to let you know about my experience with ZMA BB1FIT style (500mg Magnesium 50mg Iron and 25mg B6)

After 3 weeks of taking it, I decided to stop for a week to see the difference. I usually sleep well, so I have not really noticed anything.

Last night I took it for a test, and this morning I woke up more refreshed and energetic.

I was amazed. As I mentioned before in my early posts that I`ve had problems sleeping while taking brand name ZMA (PM ZMA or something like that). This time the results are great plus is more cost effective.

Hey I agree. I can get eight hours of sleep now in place of ten and I don't feel any different.

do you mean zinc not iron?

anyway, yeah i love the stuff too. i've noticed it mostly in my lifts. my strength just keeps going up and up
