hey, well i'm 14 years old i've been working out since 13 and i've gotten my arms and chest up to the way i want for now, but i just cant get this littler stomach to disapear, i do the tredmill and crunches but when i do crunches im not to sure im getting the full work out out of em

zared, have you tried one of the FT workouts?? Take a look and pick one that meets your goals. The stomach is more diet than exercise. You will find however that there is a special abs program here that you can combine with your lifting routine. It is quite effective. Welcome to FT.
