Hi, i am new to this site. This is my first post.
I Exercise daily(7 days a week). I exercie very very hard. I just want to know that is this ok to exercise every day....here is my routine,also guide me if this routine is fine to do or not?
>chest,back
>biceps,triceps,forearms,wrist
>shoulder,colar
and repeat htse full week....i mean in a circle.
plz do guide me

Unfortunately if you train 7 days a week you will end up fatigued. You should at least let your body rest 2 days a week.
Try adjusting the routine like this so you start with the biger top muscles and work your way down, also you will be using the other muscles during secondary movements.
Day 1- Back, shoulders- triceps Abs
Day 2- Chest, biceps, forarms-wrists abs
Day 3 Legs, Quads, Calves, Abs
Take a day of rest between each day, or do only cardio on those days, depending your goals.
