Isn't ephedra supposed to be banned by now?
Regarding fat burners vs creatine, there has been several posts saying that whereas creatine will try to get as much water as possible for your muscles, fat burners will try to get it out while burning fat, thus, not a very good mix... I don't know if this same theory applies to ephedra
Hope this helps

I have been using pure creatine monohydrate and ephedra for about 3 months, and recently I heard not to mix the two because creatine dialates your blood vessels while ephedra constricts them...producing a "not-so-good" effect. I have had results from the stack, but I am just looking for someone who knows something about this. Will the creatine be MORE effective if I discontinue using ephedra?? Or is what I heard a bunch of crap?? Thanks a lot.

I wish I could find some in Texas.

lexballer13, you are lucky, I wish I could find some in Mexico, or even Texas as well!
But again, the best fat burner is the "eat clean, lift heavy, rest well" combo.

Yes, ephedra is only a supplement to a good diet and hard training, with that said, I stocked up with as much as I could before most places stopped selling it. From what I gather, the FDA has stated that companies can no longer produce ephedra, there aren't any bills that I know of that deal with what happens to consumers who purchase it at this point.

Ephedra is banned for sale, not possession. There are still some places you can buy it, though, and a lot of people stocked up.
Burro's idea sounds accurate based on my experience. I'd opt for creatine over ephedra myself.

I heard that losing weight and gaining muscle is impossible to do at the same time. So wouldn't taking creatine and a fat burner be defeating itself??

that my friend is wrong you can do both it is just really hard and hard to keep track of

Kix..You can take both, and you will see some effects from both, but Creatine Saturates you, and Epherda dry's you out. Really they work agaisn't each other. I would say, make a decision, do you want to Bulk or Cut? Figure that out, and it will tell you where you should go. If you want to cut, then drop the creatine for awhile, and Cut up with the Ephedra. If you want to Bulk, then drop the Ephedra, and keep on with your Creatine Cycle.

I am taking a class and we had to write about a current event so I chose this one and gave the FDA a piece of my mind. Just thought I would tell yall
