I have a been on a mass building routine for the last 5 months and am noticing signifigant gains in all areas especially my chest however I need to make them more defined(since they have a decent bit of fat on them). Basically, I want to "flatten" out my stomach some more and need to tone it more.

Is it possible to tone one part of the body while continuing to stay on a mass building routine on others? I am a naturally skinny guy who has a hard time keeping mass on (take creatine and protein shakes to help)when I move to high rep workouts.

I just want to lose fat on my chest but want to stay big in other parts of my body. Is this genetic or can I do something about it?

no man sorry..infomercials lie, theres nothing you can take( pill or food) or do ( weird contraption to do or use) to spot reduce..............if you need to lose fat, you have to cut calories going in, an dburn more calories than that.
2000 cal a day eatting.........burn 2500calories a day so that means theres a -500calories a day loss.
To gain mass you need a surplus of calories.....2500 in .........200 calories burned......+500 calories a day.
When you burn calories they don't come from wher eyou want them too....they come from all overthe body not just stomche theighs chest etc.

To "get cut" you have to lose weight.....body fat that is, which will drop you weight down........Mine and many other on here believe you should have a stone befor eyou can carve it.........that is mass up a lil bit( gain about 10 to 15 lbs) then "diet" for a while and lose the 3 or 4 lbs of fat......the mass up again.
Most people prefere the waist size than to muscle mass so I dunno.....depends on what you want and or goals.

I f you wanna gain size as in muscle your gonna put on some fat, nothing you can do about it. You can diet that off latter, cause the extra muscle will in crease your metabolic rate and be easier to come off.
