I've been trying mt FT workout now for a week and a half and my biggest problem is finding the time to do it :(
I work full time Monday to Friday and have a little one to look after and traveling to day care and work alone takes up 3 hours a day :(
I've just brought a walking machine so I can get my cardio in easier but currently my plan has me working out on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday which through the week I have less time.
Would it effect my workout if I was to do it on a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday?
What I want to do is 30m Cardio/weights as per the FT program on a Wednesday (This will mean getting up at 5am *Groans*) and the on Saturday and Sunday doing 45m Cardio and the FT weight program.
I'm really determined to keep at this one way or another and any other Idea's or help would be much appreciated!
Honestly, as long as you get the days in, it doesn't matter all the much what days they are! Go for it!! :big_smile:

"Just do it" as the expression goes. You may want to reset your exercise program so the appropriate exercises will be split up better. It should be fine to do it that way. Welcome to FT, Lady V.
