Taking A Week Off

Just wanted to thank you all for the help. I finished up my first 12 week schedule. I've dropped two belt notches. Not sure what that equates to in pounds, but what the heck. I am taking a week off to enjoy this accomplishment. No rest, though. I have a play that opened last night, so that will keep me busy. I am itching to get back to it already, but the rest will do me some good.

A bit of advise, when I took my first week off, I really struggeled with the diet part - keep with your diet and you won't go backwards during your much deserved time off!
