I want to ask u people that if this routine is corect?
3 days of Intense WorkOut(very hard Training) and one day rest...then 3 days agian amd one rest..so on...
the three days consist of:
1=>Chest , Back
2=>bi , tri , Forearms and wrist
3=>Shoulder , Colar
also i want to know that how many minutes should we have to train DAILY.

1. Where is your leg work-out?
2. Try Chest/tri's, back/bi's instead of two large muscle groups in the same day.
3. Minutes of training per day - Arnold once said more than 45 mins is socializing, as for myself, I can't seem to get it all done in less than 1 hr 15 mins.

But i train for around 2 hours daily....this means its too much.......althoug i need very quick results.
