Just wondering about the strength effort program you posted about bench that looked like this:
75% x 6 reps
80% x 5 reps
80% x 5 reps
85% x 4 reps
85% x 4 reps
2.5 min TBS
Just wondering what kind of warm up you suggest for sets & reps before I start the working sets.
Also I was wondering is floor press supposed to be harder than regular bench?
