I eat roast beef from time to time, but consider myself a chicken, turkey and fish kinda guy cuz Ive always heard red meat is bad, which is why I gave it up for th emost part years ago. I was wondering what damage it'll do.

Well, to be honest, I don't think eating it will do you any harm... it's like anything else... moderation, watch what you eat it with and don't eat two pounds in a sitting with three cups of gravy...

Variety is the spice of life... chicken, pork, turkey, fish and beef shouldn't do you any harm. Just watch the serving size...

This is just my opinion though... your doctor may have you stope eating a certain food for medical reasons...

Gravy? He gets gravy?! I didn't know we could have gravy...

I think as long as you select a lean cut of beef and prepare it with your diet as a guideline you should be okay. Just one gravyless woman's opinion.

Beef, aah, beef. Such a relief from chicken or fish.

There are leaner cuts of beef, but once and awhile roast beef isn't going to cause your arteries to clog up upon ingestion.

If you eat healthily and exercise and don't have genetically high cholesterol, beef is fine to include in your diet.
