Do i need any kind of Protien

I am 5'11" and 195 lbs...do i need any kind of protien or creatine.....i have been training for more than 8 months without any suplement.....i have gained just 10 pounds since i started......i eat much and good but still no suplements.
So wats ur opinion...do i need any suplements....im thinking of taking Multi Vs.......wat else should i take?

make sure you really do have a decent diet structure before wasting money on pills and potions.
Creatine will allow you to carry I reckon 4 kilos of water in your muscles- that's bulky weight and you can, no, you will be able to make progressive gains with an extra kilo or rep with plenty of drinking water and creatine- so your false weight from creatine will help you gain muscles....
protein supps are good for getting extra but unused protein will be fat- most others are s##t supplements that tell lies, like here in the uk we have hydro water- wetter than water- I say boll###ks to that nonsense, it's got sugar in it! I take anything in hope of losing weight, kelp, lecithin, cider vinegar etc.. It's rubbish- diet and exercise is the truth so don't go mad buying rubbish like me.
