I have been away from the site for a while. But I am back now... Reading the messages and trying to educate myself.
I finally found a eating plan that is working for me. I have cut out simple carbs altogether. It is amazing what that has done for my weight loss. I also have been doing areobic exercising 3x a week and now I am adding weight traing again.
I am down 30 pounds in the past 15 weeks. Another 30 and I will be happy. 50 and I will be thrilled.
