Hi everybody,
after the advice and guidelines of BB1fit and Anni313, i just want to know if i'm eating better during the day for my goals because i'm sure that you guys can help me a lot :
7:30 am : 12oz of skim milk (fat free) + 1 1/2 cup of whole grean cereal + one shake protein (optimum 100% whey protein)
At work, 10:30 am : 1 green apple + 1 english muffin
1:30 pm : a good plate containing 1 cup of brown rice, 2 skinless chiken breast (about 100g each), some potatoe and a salad (lettuce, tomatoe and onion) + 1 tbsp of garlic sauce
5:30 pm : 2 small skinless chiken breast (about 150g both) with salad (tomatoe, cucumber, lettuce)
7:15 pm : workout 2 hours including 20min of cardio
9:30 pm : 1 canned of water tuna mix with a cup of corn, tomatoe and 1 tbsp of olive oil
10:30 pm : another shake of protein.
THAT'S it.
So please can you tell if i'm in progress or not and if something in my routine is wrong?

Getting better! Add some protein at 10:30 AM snack.

Thank you Asimmer, so today is my third day with the diet program and it will be very kind if you guys keep helping me and telling me if it`s better or worst please !
Ok so today, 20/04/2004, that`s what i ate :
8:00 am : 1 1/2 cup of skim milk + 1 cup of whole grean cereal + my shake of protein
11:00 am : 1 pear + 1 natural cookie(oatmeal, raisin)
1:30 pm : 200g of skinless breast chicken + 1 yogourt (danone)
5:30 pm : 1 can of water tuna mix with lettuce, tomatoe and corn
9:30 pm : 100 g of skinless turkey + shake of protein
SO, am i doing better for a diet to lose some fat or is it worst??:cool:

And by the way, still taking my hydroxycut fat burner 3 times a day! + workout.

How are you feeling? Are you hungry?
Again, at your morning snack, add some protein, even if it just some of your whey in a shake.
At 1:30 add some vegetables, if you can. Try putting your chicken breast on a bed of mixed lettuces and have some olive oile vinagraitte.
At 9:30 you probably don't ned the turkey and the shake, eat one or the other, the shake would be more productive before bedtime.
You are doing better - keep it up!
Add in as much greens vegetables as you like!
