I am trying to use the Freetrainer fitness plan, and this is what it gave me
Incline Dumbell flyes 16, 12, 10, 8
Flat Bench Presses 12, 10, 8
Decline barbell presses 12, 10, 8
Crunches 15 x 3
Cable Crunches 15 x 3
Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises 15 x 3
does this sound like a short workout to anyone else? do I need to select the Advanced workouts? This is my first one of these, I work out 3 - 4 days a week, so I selected 4, any thoughts? what would you add/get rid of?
I plan to add
skull Crushers
Preacher Curls
light squats to get my form up to par

some additional info to maby help you help me,
I do a 1 mile run to warm up (joging pace, 8 - 9 Minute Mile)
most of my weights are done at 60% to 80% of my max with perhaps a couple less reps than recommended by the workout

Doesn't seem too little to me.... guess it all depends what you are after... looks like it could take 45 minutes to an hour depending upon time in between sets.... In the past I have added exercises to my FT program as well...
However, I am no pro..:)

even though its a 12 rep try doing like 75 % of your max 12 times or so.........up the weight a lil bit and do more reps....
