Help someone. I don't know if my diet is what it should be. Like today, for breakfast I had 1/2 cup of oatmeal (plain), for lunch I had a grilled chicken sandwich and a cup of black beans. For dinner I plan on having just some vegetables, hard boiled eggs, and fruit. Does this sound about right?
I think you need to add some more food in there... check out the diets listed in this site... follow the Grocery List for a bodybuilder by bb1 and you're on your way... also, follow the nutritional profile in your profile...
