I have been weight lifting on and off throughout highschool until my senior year, which is this year. I have been lifting weekly since the start of my senior year and decided to try something new. Today i bought creatine and i am curious on how i should take it. Should i take it before i lift and then have my protein drink after? Or doesnt it really matter. Any help will be great.

Now as for the use of Creatine, I would suggest taking it before and after your workout if you are on a loading / gaining mass phase... or only post workout if you are looking to get cut... your post workout shake is very important too... get a whey protein, ON's is a good brand
I've personally used GNC's Creatine and it was ok, but I would suggest getting the Prolab one, it works better... don't forget to drink lots of water during the day in order to get al the benefits from this supplement...
