Hi everybody,

can you please tell me it is ok to take protein, the prolab pure creatine and the hydroxycut fat burner together or do i stay on protein and fat burner, and then after the cycle, switch to creatine?

Like i said, my goals is to lose some fat but to gain mass muscle ans strengh also.

I'm on a good diet and i work for 4 day a week, 2 hours a day.

Thank you very much for the help and advice!:)

avoid taking a fat burner and creatine at the same time. they both are dieretics (spelling??) and will dehydrate you. so although it won't have a bad reaction, for saftey purposes take one, then the other. the protein can be taken continuously while taking either creatine or a hydroxycut.

Thank you jsom85 for the advice.

I'll do that then for now and after my fat burner cycle wich i hope will help a little bit, i'll switch to creatine.

Thanks again!

Creatine is NOT a diuretic, although you do need to drink more water while taking creatine. A diuretic is something that will help you shed water and creatine is not one of them. To be honest, and I hate to post conflicting comments, but, there really is no problem with taking a fat burner and your creatine at the same time. All that matters is that you are eating to support your training. If you want to get big, that would mean eating more calories than you tend to burn, if you want to get leaner, eat fewer calories.

well its a given you have to eat fewer calories. but if you're going to take creatine you don't want to take a fat burner. if not for any possible saftey reasons, then for the common sense of it all. since creatine makes you retain water in your muscles, and the fat burner will expell the water retained (the caffine in it is a diuretic). then why do it? its a waste of money on the creatine because you are deminishing the effects. and a fat burner is a diuretic. at least hydroxycut or any other that contains caffine which is almost all of them. ok, maybe creatine and a hydroxy won't put you on a stretcher, but for maximum results take the two seperatly.

I agree jsom, it would make sense, but in the real world, I don't think it really matters. I have taken an ephedra based product along with my creatine for years and have NEVER had any problems with gaining weight or muscle( 22 lbs. from AUG to JAN of this year. 155 to 176 at 9% bf), I am not the only as well. One thing that people need to understand is that the water creatine makes you retain is NOT CONTAINED UNDER THE SKIN, but in the muscle, and that will not be going anywhere unless you decide to cut carbs from your diet. So you see, it's all about your diet. Diuretics do nothing to or for you unless you work with them. I use the ephedra based product more for energy than anything( It can get tough waking up at 4:15-4:30 every morning to workout)
