after doing a lot of reading about HMB i decided to take it, but in all the research i did i still have one question that remains unanswered...
i know that HMB is only effective if you are actively lifting/exercising. does this mean that i only take it on the days i work out (5 days a week), or do i take it every day?
anyone know the answer?
