Hello everyone! I joined this morning. Looks like a great site so far! I am 154 pounds right now, and 18 years old. I would like to lose at least 20 pounds, but I do not have ANY money to spend. What are some ideas on how I can lose weight for free?

Walk, jog, run. Do push-ups, go to the park and do pull-ups on the playground, dips, lunges, jump rope. There is a program here on FT that is a home workout without equipment.
Watch what you eat, eat less processed food and more vegetables and chicken when possible. drink plenty of water.

I got caught doing pushups at work the other night, slow night and was trying to fill in the time, leg raises at work too, In between parts being made I try to stay on my toes.
