Okay, so I had done 12 weeks of working out and eating right. Lost a good bit o' weight, too. Took last week off and stuck to the diet. I am an actor on the side, and last weekend I opened a play where my character is assassinated. During a performance I fell wrong and injured my neck. Reinjured is more like it, this has been a problem for years. It just frustrates me, I was so fired up to get back to the gym this week, and now I can't for a few more days. The doctor said the usual: rest, ice, heat, advil. Aaarrrggghhh! I just had to vent. :angry:
