1. Following the directions on the creatine container - the powder form is the best. I usually use 5g pre workout and 5g post workout. Avoid eating 1/2 hour after taking the creatine
2. creatine is an amino acid
3. no steroids
4. for a good price, check out www.netriton.com. Prolab has a great product for a good price.

dude if you are thinkig about using creatine i recomend reading as much as possible about it first. if you search for info about it on google or yahoo you will find thousands of links. before i start anything i read and learn as much as possible about it. when i first tried creatine i read all that i could, good and bad, paid ads, personal accounts, research papers ect and weighed the pros and cons. for me i decided it was worth it and felt that i was making a safe informed choice and tried it. as it turs out i loved it. long story short, do your research...then do some more. this isn't a knock, but if you bought creatine capsules without knowing if there were steroids in it or not i would look at doing more research next time. thats just me though. alarmist maybe.

519, that is some great advice. Education is key when it comes to using any type of supplement, the more you know, the better the decision you can make.:dumbbell:

creatine is a substance already found in the body that has to do with the water regulation in your muscles. when you take creatine drink lots of water for the creatine to absorb. so really you are just pumping water into your muscles to make them bigger. try this website for more info:
