I'm back in training after a 7 year lay off and working hard,but i cant afford all the supplements they want you to take so I take a multi-vit multi mineral tab and i take myoplex once a day,I'm wondering if I should take the myoplex b4 my workout or right after or just anytime during the day to replace a meal,I try to eat 5-6 meals a day? anyhelp would be greatly appreciated Thanks
