Whats you guys favourite lift? Mine is the Power Clean for being such an explosive lift and in 2nd place the Bench cause it is mad for my upper body strength and in 3rd Military Press for helping me develop my stiff arm so i can brush off pesky defenders in football

it used to be the bench press because i was good at it, but now it has to be the front squat.
its a more sport specific lift
-------------- "I get up in the morning around six to run for about an hour. Later in the day, I lift with a partner. Following my lifting sessions, I usually do speed and agility drills. Later, I drill all my holds and moves."
'Isnt that lifestyle boring?'
"Yes, but the gold medal is very shiny."

I like the bench myself, it is a real chalange for me, my lower body is strong, my upper body has a lot of work to do.

My best lift is squat, but I dread the pain the pain and love it all at the same time.
-------------- I have some good news! I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by switching to Gieco!

Fork!! Deadlifts do rule. But my heart will always belong to bodyweight exercises like dips and pullups. Even better than those is putting the belt on and adding weight. So tough, and rewarding.
