Hey Yall
Well it's been a couple of days and I have tried really hard on the diet area of the fitness routine. It just seems like I keep going over my fat, not meeting my proteins, carbs, or even calories. What I can't figure out is what I am doing wrong~obviously something. I know it takes work in the kitchen and stuff like that. We went to the grocery store and bought tons of light foods and even 8% fat ground beef. All of that was expensive I just dont know if I m not using it right or what? What should I do. I am on day four and diet wise I am doing something wrong. One really positive thing though ~ I have five whole pieces of brocoli and a whole banana! Thats awesome! Ive posted some on the beginners to weight lifting, if you want the DL but I thought this might be the better board. Please let me know what you think!

Firstly, you need a diet that you understand. So either copy one or make your own. But it wont work less you believe it, also write it down and challenge yourself to a goal (lose or gain? 6pound in 3 weeks. Buy the food ready to begin the week and get weighed and measured.
Make sure you write down the basic eating goals= 5 fruits a day, 3 grain products, a milk/dairy limit, 6 meals, 4 with protein, no carbs after 5pm or whatever. In writing it all down, you are affirming to yourself what you are going to do. In reading it back to yourself, you are reiterating it! Make sure you do make a food diary or do it online here. Await asimmers answer, follow advice and ...
...YOU WILL SUCCEED...
