Hellooo just wanted to share my good news...have been working out steadily for a month now...6 days a week with one day of rest with some cardio thrown in. I work out so much just because I LOVE ITTT!!!! But I have been feeling kinda down because I thought there had been no results so I decided to try on a pair of old shorts that would not fit from b4 my last pregnancy...They fit!! I am happy and def more motivated now to do better and keep to it!!:big_smile::big_smile::big_smile::dumbbell::big_smile:
